PRICING & PAYMENTS

 

School Transport Fees:
The fees listed are for a 10-mile radius.

• Daily service costs $45.00.

• For transportation to and from schools within 10 miles, the weekly fee is $85.00 for one child, $160.00 for two siblings, and pricing for three or more siblings is available upon inquiry.

 

Children: For school transportation, the fee includes drop-off and pick-up. Notify Minnie's Transportation if you require one-way service.

Payments:

Payments are due upon services rendered, with a payment schedule established for regular customers. Weekly payments are required every Monday for the upcoming week. Failure to receive payment by the following day (Tuesday) will result in the suspension of services until payment is received. Please note that no refunds will be issued if a customer does not utilize the service for the entire week, as the charge is based on a weekly basis.

​Refunds:

Refunds will only be provided in the event that Minnie’s Transportation is unable to fulfill its services due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a refund for the remaining days left in the week if such a situation arises.

Passengers with Disability: Minnie's Transportation will provide reasonable accommodations for passengers with disabilities. Parents must disclose any mental or emotional health diagnoses that may impact the transportation service.

​

Early Dismissal Days:

Children will be picked up and dropped off at the preferred location, requiring an adult's presence for reception. If there are any changes to the regular drop-off location, consent will be necessary.

SAFETY & GUIDELINES

​

Identity:

For security purposes, passengers will be asked for identification or given a code during pick-up and drop-off to ensure the correct individual is being transported. Regular customers may be exempt from this identification requirement.

​

Riding:
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times and remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Conversation should be kept to a minimum to ensure the driver's concentration.

​

Masks:
Masks are mandatory if you have a continuous cough or are unwell. Please reschedule your ride if you are ill.

​

Respect:
Respect is essential for all parties involved in Minnie's Transportation. Disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without a refund.

Items: Kindly remember to take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicle. Minne’s Transportation cannot be held accountable for any items left behind.

​

Food: Consuming food or drinks during transportation is prohibited. All food and beverages must be kept in a concealed container or bag at all times.

​

Damages: All passengers (or parents if the passenger is a minor) are liable for any damages resulting from their actions or negligence.

​

Weapons: ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED WHILE BEING TRANSPORTED IN MINNIE’S TRANPORTATION.

OPERATING HOURS & HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

 

Hours of Operation:
Minnie's Transportation operates from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends unless specified in the holiday schedule.
